"Our stay surpassed expectations. Check in was friendly and very professional. Everything was covered by the receptionist. The room was spacious and fresh - the bed was very comfortable. "A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful."

"I booked the hotel to stay in for 3 nights with my daughter whilst I was playing in the Pickleball English Open in Telford. I always look for a pool and looking at some of the reviews this was a bit of a gamble, however it definitely paid off ! Yes, the hotel is a little dated and could do with some investment, however, it was clean, the suite size was very good and the price was great value. The pool was pretty awesome. It is in a separate wooden building and was really warm, with a jacuzzi....
