"I was actually surprised with how clean and maintained this hotel was after having had so many weird & unpleasant surprises show up in previous places no matter how good the reviews were. It looked like it recently renovated or updated and it was very clean.i normally wake up with bad sinus issues from lack of filter changes and dirty ac units in hotels ,but for the first time- that was not the case at all here. The staff was so friendly and pleasant . They also did not miss a beat cleaning....

"The room was okay, but we experienced issues with the room key and had to be moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the new room was located next to a storage area. Starting around 7:00 a.m., the noise from that area woke us up and made it difficult to get any more sleep. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and expected a quieter and more restful stay. Thanks for the late check out though!"

"Great hotel! Perfect manager and staff! Only thing i didnt like was no microwave in room, and the garage parking. We ended up parking on Market street to be able to keep
our car keys with us at all times because all
of the garages are Valet. NO SIR.
Property was gorgeous and everyone was helpful and friendly. The manager was the bomb!"

"Regrettably, an individual contracted an illness during our stay at the hotel. Despite our repeated attempts to contact the hotel through various channels, including phone calls and emails, we were met with no response. The hotel staff was also aware of the situation but continued to send messages regarding arrival, rest, and departure at a time when the individual was in the hospital bed."
