"Lamentablemente la habitación que me tocó estaba en muy mal estado, con mucha humedad y por ende mal olor, había incluso telarañas. Había un grupo de huéspedes que estuvieron ingiriendo alcohol hasta altas horas de la noche y estuvieron haciendo escándalo que hacía muy difícil conciliar el sueño."

"Fantastic hosts! We actually stayed here twice, the first visit, one night, we arrived with a tire that was leaking air. It went flat overnight, and the host insisted on changing the tire and taking it to a shop for repair, even though it was on a Sunday, and most places were closed. He returned and installed the tire, refusing any payment for tire repair or his time! Nicely decorated property and great interaction even though our Spanish and their English was limited."

"La Cupula is de dependance van het Hotel. Dat ligt vlak aan de drukke doorgaande weg. Achter het restaurant ligt op een veel rustiger plek ook een deel van het hotel. Daar zijn prachtige ruime kamers. We betaalden daarom iets meer. Het personeel us zeer voorkomend en service-gericht. Het eten in het restaurant erg goed."

"The hotel has a lot of construction still, the exchange rate was wrong, they charged me more than what expedia said on the site. They didnt have food available for us at 4pm. There was a weird smell coming out of the bathroom, room had a lot of bugs. The bed was confortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was not fresh neither on time when we requested it. Hotel has a nice view of the montains. Wifi was terrible. "

"We enjoyed our time at Sarah’s restaurant and guesthouse. The room we had was small but very comfortable. Max was a great host and full of ideas about things we could do in Coban and very helpful in organising transport for us. He even drove us to our shuttle bus when it could not come and pick us up.
