"Mejorar los tiempos de entrega de las habitaciones, me entregaron a las 16:00 apesar que yo me encontré en las instalaciones desde las 11am, no nos entregaron toallas para la habitación, y mejorar las instalaciones ya que me corté el pie en una de las piscinas xq las cerámicas no están en buen estado. las instalaciones no están en buena condiciones "

"This was the fourth time we stayed at this hotel. You cannot beat the pool and access to the ocean, but obviously the current management is not competent.
