"-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim. -There's no WiFi connection. -There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online. -There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management. And the housekeepers are also so loud. Its so disturbing. One more thing is at the dining area where staff are so bagal. I think only one regular employee is assisting the guests.
