"Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."

"El precio no fue acorde a la estancia. No hay servicio de restaurante, solo en el desayuno, aunque debo decir que fue una de las cosas rescatables, el desayuno y la atención en este. Pero no hay en sí una recepción dentro del hotel hay que ir a donde el sky y en la habitación o había agua caliente. Yo fui allá con motivo de un evento cercano, al regresar en la noche al hotel estuvimos tocando el timbre, la puerta, llamando por teléfono al contacto que me atendió cuando llegamos y nada, nadie...
