only thing was breakfast was very limited and toilet seat falling off

Had a lovely stay there! Quiet & comfortable hotel . Hot drinks available in the bedroom...Nice ! Bathroom with bath & shower !! Restaurant on the premises ( handy after a long day on the roads !) offering local specialities as well as traditional cuisine, a lot of choices to please every one ! Well located and easy to find ! Warm welcome,We will go back !

A fantastic location, peaceful and convenient for the train. It felt very safe and homely, great hosts.

This is a really nicely cared for establishment where the owner clearly takes great pride in looking after their property and treating guests well. Really enjoyable stay. We will be back. Thank you Catherine and Yves.

Everything is brand new and of a high standard. Rooms were generous in size and very comfortable. Very trendy furnishings and great style. Staff were very kind and helpful. This is a fabulous hotel 5 minutes from Lille and I would definitely stay again - one of the best short stays we had in France.

Clean room, great people

Rosa Hotel was a great central point for our 3-day stay in Lille. Travelling by train as a family of 4 we couldn’t have asked for more!

The bar staff were great 👍. Room was a bit dark with small window. 402

Welcoming, clean room, great shower, fantastic breakfast, parking available

Well situated opposite the Gare (I stayed 7 nights and made many day trips by train). My room was on the 3rd floor and faced the Place de la Gare, but the double glazing meant that noise disturbance from traffic was minimal (but if you want a quiet room it may be best to ask for a room at the back facing the courtyard). I was pleased that the room had a desk. The bathroom was small but well designed. The staff (who all spoke good English) were friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast...
