"It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options. "The room itself was appalling and though it was advertised as having a kind and a twin bed, we had to request for the twin bed, which was a stretcher at best. The property itself was musty and reeked. The only good thing was the free breakfast and the friendly staff. Would not recommend staying here."
