"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente.
Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good.

"Hôtel top pour le Grand Prix de Formule 1 de Shanghai par contre à mon arrivée la douche froide … il n’avait pas ma réservation et m’ont indiqué ne pas travailler avec Hotel.com. Résultat ils m’ont proposé une chambre au double du prix initial et uniquement pour 2 nuits sur les 3 réservés."

"O estado geral da propriedade é razoável. Estrutura antiga. O quarto que fiquei tinha manchas no papel de parede. Torneira do banheiro necessitava de manutenção. Ar condicionado central não resfriava, somente o aquecimento estava funcionando. Só não foi crítico porque o clima estava ameno. Deixou a desejar por ser um hotel Radisson."
