There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "I love staying in this hotel, the location is amazing, the lake is across the street. It is close to everything, restaurants, entertainment, city center, and yet the hotel and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, the staff is very friendly, helpful, like family. The breakfast is delicious. It is like home away from home, I return every time I come to lake Balaton."
