"First of all, we arrived at 802pm and after numerous phone calls to locate the receptionist, he(nick) finally showed up. Nick was giving me attitude when trying to ask questions.
The room he provided was on the top floor with lots of noise.
The pool was adjacent to the room too. Slamming doors and regular traffic was enough to cut our stay very short.
Another issue is when booking is done on line, paid in full, not happy having to redo the reservation at the front desk.

"We enjoyed our stay! The owners were welcoming. I think that the rooms should be done everyday, and that the free breakfast is written on the menu for the clients. The property offers dinners but no information when you arrive. In other words, communication needs to be improved to avoid any misunderstanding."
