"Arrived at 5pm as scheduled, entered and found the property had not been cleaned. There was bedding towels and trash on floors and full trash cans. Food left in fridge, dead lizards on floors. Trash cans next to property overflowing with trash and debris all over the yard. Garage looked like a haunted house exhibit with years of spider webs and spiders all around.
