"I do not recommend this hotel at all! Beware, as of January, 2026, there were bedbugs in our room. The hotel looks like its trying. The rooms and facilities are worn out, but things appear to be clean. They clearly have a bedbug issue as we were eviscerated by them in just one night. It was awful."

"This is a great place to stay. It’s located in Palermo and is close to lots to restaurants, cafes etc. The hotel has a nice rustic and vintage look to it, which I thought was cute. The staff is also wonderful, warm, welcoming and very accommodating. The hotel also comes with 2 adorable cats. All in all, a great place to stay :). "
