"I liked our room it was large had every facility you could need available in it, the bathroom had a bath and shower and was so clean it glistned as was the main room. The meal at our function was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The pub attacked next to the hotel was lovely We sat. "Our room wasn t ready so after 45 mins we were given a different room but a double not the singles I requested
When went for breakfast there was confusion as they didn't t have us on the list.Sorted eventually
We stayed 2 nights but for some reason the housekeeper didn't t clean or leave clean towels extra the 2nd day
I told reception who gave me more tea coffee milk but no apology or explanation for the housekeeper not servicing our room Dissapointing"

"Staff were amazing, room was great and overall stay was good. Only downfall i had was the room was way to hot. The little fan provided was just blowing hot air around. Air conditioning would be a good investment especially during summer. I would have booked another night but the room temperature has put me off booking again."
