There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "Bathrooms are in need of a little TLC, mixer taps only no shower head to wall attachment. No ironing facilities. Parking limited. Early checkout 10am. However, beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was superb. "
