"My time at the hotel was not great the days I was there it was very hot; there are no Air conditioning in the both rooms they put a small fan in the room. The fan gives off a hot air instead of cold air. Next thing NO REFRIGERATOR is in the rooms either I had two rooms book under my name and when I checked my friend room it was the same like mine; I went downstairs to entire about the rooms I was told each room doesn’t have Air conditioning or refrigerator; I was so disappointed for my first day...

"Really funky and young hotel, nicely located close to Resorts World and for us the airport. However be aware that early morning the connection between the hotel and the airport, via the NEC and Birmingham international, isn't open. Bit of a longer walk. Hotel was excellent though, really well appointed and great facilities"

"Reasonable hotel, similar to a Travelodge. Very overpriced for my two day stay. I expected more for the price when I booked. Bedroom was adequate, bathroom needed a makeover."

"If you're looking for a cheap and not-so-cheerful hotel this would be a good bet. There was nothing special about the place, other than perhaps it being a time warp back to when it was built. The room was adequate, the TV was internet capable, but not connected to the internet. The staff interacted with no more than a "Can I have your ID?", "Here's your key." and "There's your breakfast buffet". Breakfast was overpriced on Expedia, it would have been 50% cheaper if bought at the hotel."

I struggled with steps outside could have done with a slope, also no lift again struggled with stairs.

"We had a cool room and the shower worked.
It’s great that the Jephson has parking unfortunately we parked in the street on Saturday - very busy. Walking distance from the centre of Leamington with lovely pubs and restaurants nearby."
