"The building is falling apart. It’s absolutely disgusting and filthy. There was no hot or even warm water our entire four day stay. The staff is trained to say give it 10 minutes we have reset the boiler. It was 10 minutes for four days. The ceiling was streaming water from the roof in the “penthouse”. Maintenance came with a shop vac. No manager follow-up, no offer for a different room, nothing. No towels at the pool, no coffee with the coffee maker, no cups for coffee, 6 channels on the TV, the pool was freezing, only the 8th floor ice machine worked, you could only have one roll of toilet paper at a time, 5:45 am texts to let you know the freezing pool was open. What a circus. This hotel should be closed down."

"The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Upon arrival, there was a line out the lobby door waiting to check in. Some customers had been there an hour and a half or more and were told that the staff was getting their rooms ready still due to being short staffed. Mind you, it was 8:30 at night at this point. After waiting for an hour with no further information from the staff, they finally came out of hiding to inform the lobby full of people that they had given all of our rooms away to other guests. We had the reservation booked at least a month and a half in advance. How do you give that many reservations away?!? The majority of the customers in the lobby were there for a soccer tournament that weekend so probably 20 or more families were left scrambling to find another hotel for their kids to sleep somewhere that night. Absolute chaos! I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering Fairfield Inn. "

"The room was clean. Staff was very helpful! Beds were comfortable. Heat did not work. Only blew cold air. A couple of the outlets did not work. We switched the cord to different connection in outlet. The lights then worked."

"Very clean, staff was very nice, my disappointment was the parking fee, I was not aware of it because I booked though a 3rd party. But to be honest this is not on beach front property or high end hotel, Parking should have been Free!!! "
