"Arrived ~15 minutes after check-in closed due to flight delay and traffic. Called the hotel repeatedly for an hour beforehand and again on arrival, including the emergency number, with no response. Was locked out late at night in freezing conditions (-2°C). Hotels.com were also unable to reach the property and could not resolve the situation, leaving me to find alternative accommodation at my own expense.
