" Our stay at Puracepa Urban Suites was excellent, though I wish we had known in advance how the check-in works. The suite is located inside an apartment building and there is no traditional reception, so the experience feels more like staying in an Airbnb. When we arrived, we spent about twenty minutes trying to figure out how to enter the building. Eventually we found the owner’s phone number on our booking confirmation and contacted him. Communication was very quick, and he immediately explained everything and remotely opened the building door and the elevator. The elevator takes you directly to your suite, where an electronic key card is waiting on the table. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, very spacious, and thoughtfully designed. There is a large bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, which makes it very convenient for longer stays. The suite includes a main bedroom area and an upper level with a jacuzzi and a steam room, which made the stay feel very luxurious. We also included breakfast in our reservation. Communication about breakfast was done through WhatsApp, where we agreed on the delivery time. The host brings the breakfast on a tray and leaves it outside the apartment door, which is located in the stairwell, so you can pick it up and enjoy it in the suite. "Hotel Pura Vida was a beautiful hotel nestled into a beautiful village in the middle of La Rioja. The staff were super friendly and lovely towards our 7 month old son. There is a garden out the back with lovely dappled sunlight and views over the village. We would definitely stay here again, if we ever return to the area. Thanks so much for a lovely stay."
