"While the staff and the hotel itself was good. We were in a room directly next to the elevators and the WiFi did not work in the room at all. We needed it for work while we were there. It was awful having to work from our hotspots because the AP (access point) on our side of the building wasn’t working and they never got it up and running. It sucked and made us leave a day early. "Very disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. I paid $255 per night expecting a decent hotel experience, but this felt more like a cheap motel. The room was small and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point. The biggest letdown was the view - as vou can see in the photos, it's basically a parking lot with a dumpster area. There's no atmosphere, no appeal, nothing you'd expect from a Marriott property. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and completely overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again. Much cheaper hampton inn across the street"

"Where to start... lets start with the good first... was able to check in very early, staff was amazing, pool area was clean! Now the bad... Soon as you enter the room, you can smell chlorine, the room needs an update, old carpets, mirrors, small tv, dressers, etc. Beds were ok. Bathroom needs a complete overhaul! Dirt and grime on the tile and in the grout, needed to leave the water run to get any kind of hot water, by the time the hot water kicked in the tub would fill up. Mold on the bathroom ceiling that you can see they tried to paint over. shower head wasn't the greatest! Toilet was sized for a child not an adult! Felt like I was sitting on the floor! "
