"There was cockroaches in the rooms I went through 4 rooms to get one that was clean Also after that there was no hot water for the shower only luke warm and staff say that it is okay the bed was terrible and can feel the spring Breakfast was just a bread roll and 2 eggs "

"The breakfast is not for anyone other than vietnamese people. The worst so far. The last day there was no breakfast at all. The house keeping is amazing. There is no air-conditioning outside your room. So go out for dinning. "

"Unfortunetley there was a flying ant problem in the apartment. The shower holder was also broke which ruined having a shower. The size of the apartment was very big with a nice kitchen. Staff was also very nice."

"The hotel has seen better days but it is clean, safe and everything is serviced and maintained. What makes this place are the staff, very polite, friendly and helpful. The laundry here is returned on the same day, exceptional. I would gladly return to this hotel."

"takes sometime to check in but we are the only guest at the check in counter. they gave us the wrong room no as per booking and they need to rearrange again. check in process consider very slow unable to multi task. the floor is oil for no reason at the lobby and also in the room. but they have a water dispenser for refill which a bonus. "

"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

"Oh! man great place. Nice and quiet. People still outside, chit chatting around 11pm. There’s a nice little convenience store right in the same building and I didn’t even know it was there till the very last night. You can find zero coke which is hard to find in some places. Me, being from America we like the peace and quiet this was great. My stay was good. Apartment had a great view. All the a amenities. Only thing no hot water in the shower. And yet I didn’t care. Definitely would...

"The service and location are very good. The hotel is directly across from amd faces the ocean. The hotel is dated and worn but, the breakfast was very good with a number of choices. Very walkable to restaurants and the beach. "
