"It was a spacious room, comfortable bed with good aircoditioning and black out curtains. Room service was food and food very good and plenty of options. Lobby and restaurant was good. All this made this hotel worthwile, so 5 stars. Some people may find these things important for a star rating so just mentioning.... No mini fridge and microwave in room though there was provision for this. The safe was inoperable. Lacked cleanliness in bathroom. Shower doors were heavily stained with hard water...

"The TV and internet were not working. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . "

"I had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request. "

"I am looking forward to seeing how this new hotel develops in the future. The staff was very friendly, and I was very comfortable during my three-week stay. "We were looking for a family friendly stay near to kothrud and came across Raviraj, this was by far the best one. They gave us a bigger room so that kids can have space while we are in the room.
