"The images on the booking did not match the room that I rented, not good to show a room that isnt what you are getting, sort of a bait and switch."

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "

"Property was great. Advertisement says 10-15 min to the village its more like 25 mins but that didn't bother us it was a beautiful day to walk to the village. The chalet had everything we needed, it was a great space. The outside of the chalet could use a little paint job and fixing up but the inside was beautiful. Just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The temperature was set at 19C and it was not accessible to change (no remote or thermostat that was indicated in the notes provided prior to check in).
