"The young lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bartenders are all very courteous and the service is great. It's a nice property and easy to get around. You can walk to several other casinos if you want a change of pace but this one is big and has everything you need. You can walk to Lady Luck Casino without going outside if you want to see more gaming options. There is only one desk chair to sit on in the room so you don't really hang out in there but the beds are clean and comfortable. The TV is good quality. Be nice to have more than four hangers in the closet but no big deal. There is a fridge, microwave, and Keurig with 2 free cups in the room. Two free bottle of water too, you can easily get more at the bars. It's a Caesar's property so bring your rewards card. The food at Brews Brothers is great for casual dining. The free wifi has good signal strength. The free parking garage had plenty of room, it was easy to park close to the elevator entrance."

"The whole experience was poor. From checking in and the front desk clerk not saying hi. I got to my room and it smelled of smoke, the toilet didn't work and the AC wasn't cooling. I called maintenance to fix the toilet and AC. I left the room to go start gambling when I got a phone call saying that I needed to be "removed" from the room. I headed back to the check in desk and they moved me to another room where the AC didn't work again. I couldn't sleep because of how hot the room was. I wouldn't recommend this place."
