"Got upgraded, Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Food was good in morning. The only thing I had a complaint for was the fact that I could not get the TV remote to work. When I went to the desk, the gentleman was working with a new guest. He said I will get you a new remote and bring it to you. He never came as I waited about 1/2 hour. Gave up."
