Overal a nice hotel to stay lovely building but needs a freshen up. "

"Room was very nice. Clean and tidy. We ate in restaurant, but that let the place down. Very tired, shabby and untidy. A shame as room was lovely."

"Run down, shabby, carpets are filthy, paint peeling off the walls. In fairness the bed was comfortable. I didn't take breakfast as I was worred about the cleanliness of the place. Chose to eat out at a different pub. It's a big place, with potential, but it's being run on a shorestring staff and needs some investment."
