"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"Wirklich super Unterkunft! Süß Eingerichtet, tolle blicke auf die Berge - daher sehr empfehlenswert ein Apartment mit Balkon anzumieten ;) Schnelle Rückmeldungen und tolle Gastgeber! Wir werden hier definitiv des öfteren Gäste der super Unterkunft werden! Alles was man braucht in der Küche ist vorhanden, es war wirklich sehr sehr sauber! "Well located, very comfortable bed. Hard to park- room keys did not work to open garage door and reception closes at 6pm and restaurant around 11pm so not possible to get help if one gets there late. Parking close by is expensive."

"Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."
