On arrival we were greeted very warmly and show to our room which was spotless. After settling in we went back down to the bar area and were made to feel very welcome, we ordered a meal and went to the restaurant the food was great. Breakfast was ordered the night before and you were asked what time you would like it, this was also great and set us up for the day. Clean, pleasing to the eye bedrooms with en suite. Large car park and brilliant restaurant on the ground floor. Very welcoming staff who made it evident we were welcome. Rural location so generally very peaceful

Our family get together weekend at The Old Oak Tree was supreme! Absolutely faultless from arriving, check-in, accommodation, welcome, rear patio/beer garden, drinks service, dinner food and service. Breakfast was fantastic, the whole team was attentive, polite and helpful from beginning to end - a totally positive experience. The Old Oak Tree is fabulous in all departments!!

Food was amazing

Excellent quality cooked breakfast. Our room was in the Chalets out the back of the pub with every thing we needed provided including biscuits and a hair dryer!

Booked the willows as a last minute getaway for me and my girlfriend. As someone that stays in hotels a lot for work and rarely writes reviews, I feel after staying here , I must share my views. Customer service here is beyond impeccable. We dealt with the owner , Margaret , the owner. A proper no nonsense landlady who loves what she does and is committed to making sure you love your stay. Nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are exactly as advertised as with so many other...

Lovely place to stay. Was just the two of us. We would say 2nd bedroom is suitable for children rather than infants or adults, due to steep stairs, and layout of the room. Teenagers would love it I'd imagine. Only thing that let it down slightly was the small seating area outside. Just needs a little TLC. A quick sweep out would have helped. Other than that Masham and this property well worth visit, if maybe slightly over priced.

Very comfortable stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful.
