"Horrible experience. Room was disgusting, smelled like mildew and dirty feet. The pillow cases and sheets were stained. The couch had dark black stains. Checked back out immediately and was refused a refund. They stated that Expedia had to refund us by cancelling the trip, but since they had already checked us in Expedia said they are responsible for initiating the refund. Haven’t gotten that yet. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"was very disappointed with this hotel. The appearance of the property was not good at all, and it looked nothing like the photos or description shown when I made the reservation. The pictures made it seem much cleaner, nicer, and more updated, but the reality was completely different. I feel the listing was misleading, because what I saw online did not match the actual condition of the hotel in any way. I would not have booked this place if the photos and description had been accurate."

"Only issue we had was tv kept buffering the night we checked in
And I dint have any luck finding just different tv shows
What you got on is all you watched
That could have been due to the weather because it looked stormy"

"Property was maintained. Staff was pretty nice except for one girl at checkout on Monday morning at 4 am. Towels were thin and hard. Need to upgrade that. Overall I enjoyed my pay."

"Great stay at the 1863 Inn of Gettysburg. The room was spacious and clean, The bed was comfortable. Staff was great during check in and check out. Breakfast has choices of scrambled or fried eggs, meat, a potato choice, cereal, fruit, pastries, bread, pancakes, juices and more."

"I can envision this being awesome in its heyday. But now it is old and tired however it has had some renovations to bathroom and flooring. Shower had great pressure and hot water. Breakfast was not bad. Kids loved the pool. Rooms with pool view have no natural light. There is a musty old cigarette smell inside the whole place, especially the room we were in. One bed was comfy the other hard. It’s not the ritz, but it did the job. This place could be awesome agsin with major reno’s"

"I came with a baby asked for a crib multiple times, they never brought it. The AC was either too cold or non existent. The cleaning lady came in after 3 days. And cigarrette smoke was coming from the bathroom vent. Clearly the worst hotel ever."

"This was a well kept resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved our room location and layout. Top notch restaurant and quality hotel. We also enjoyed the meals and view of the golf course. We definitely will come back again. Thank you."
