"front desk clerk scammed me saying he would only charge be 10,000 won to upgrade to a double bed room and charged me 100,000 instead and acted confused when i confronted him on it. the room was kind of clean but the beds were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. will not be staying here again and would not recommend anybody else staying here. "I appreciate the Swiss theme and decor. However, our room didn’t seemed like it was cleaned well. The bed had a stale odor. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and mold in the refrigerator and freezer, which were both turned off. We ended up leaving to another lodging option. "
