In- en uitchecken verliep via self service, maar er was een hulptelefoon voor als je assistentie nodig had (zoals bijv het achterlaten van je koffers vooraf inchecktijd) en deze hulp kwam dan ook snel. Koffers werden in tussentijd naar de kamer gebracht. Vriendelijk personeel. Veel horeca in de ongeving. Prima loopafstand naar de winkels. "

"This was not my first stay at the Derlon but it is my first review. The Derlon is by far my favorite stay in NL. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is an easy walk from the train station and all about the town. The breakfast area is basically a private archeological viewing of when the city was built. Highly recommend. "

"Everything was great. The room was very comfortable. The receptionist was very kind and extra helpful. We had some bad experiences before this stay and I wanted to be sure everything works with parking the car and getting the best price, so the receptionist helped me with booking the parking space (though in this case the discount was only 1 Euro I realized afterwards).
