"Stayed in premium sea view room was big and spacious, great views, would of liked a fridge just had a cooler, water available but on a hot day would be best if it was cold, robes and slippers available as well as hair dryer and iron and board, they have their own shampoo and conditioners and body wash, only thing would be the sink in bathroom doesn’t seem to drain well it’s slow and it doesn’t get rid of debris"

"Housekeeping needs looking at our room 412 down the side of the toilet has not been cleaned for a very long time dust thick on the pipes and disregard used toilet paper.
The actual toilet is so close to the wall there is no room to sit on it properly.
The sink and mirror are that old they need replacing asap.
Breakfast was very good
Reception staff were excellent.
Busy weekend and only one lift working which is crazy for a busy hotel."

"Upon arrival, we were given a room with an AC that is completely broken. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told that they can’t do anything except giving me a fan. It is not until I escalated the matter to the manager, I was given a similar room with a working AC. Besides the horrible room conditions and the poor attitude of the staff, the bathroom of this hotel is consistently stinky and I can’t bear staying inside it. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The room was excellent
But what upset us, the room was not ready for 3 check in we had to wait a further 35 minutes before we was allowed in the room.
When I complained about the wait I was told
You do have the best room!!!
Not good enough, we was not the only ones made to wait."

"Terrible. Mold and damp on the walls. Clear water damage. Mold on the windows. As soon as you walk in the room its so damp the air feels thick. Please avoid. I booked 2 nights here but couldnt stay because of how unfit for purpose the rooms are. I got told they will personally contact me for refund details within 24 hours. Its been 2 days of radio silence. Please avoid if your health is your priority."

"The staff were brilliant and extra helpful. My room had a solid full length concrete (possibly load -bearing) pillar right in the middle of the room between the bed and the table. Very very strange. The bed was less than comfortable as if coils were sticking into my back. If my stay had been longer than one night; I would have changed the room. Although the staff made it a pleasant stay, I won't go back."

"The hotel could benefit from some modernisation, as parts of it are looking a little dated.
My main concern was the location of Room 227. It was a very long walk from reception and quite difficult to reach. Fortunately, I wasn’t travelling with a suitcase; otherwise, getting to the room would have been much more difficult. Better signage or assistance with luggage would have been appreciated."
