"Aircon did not work properly. Probably just unlucky with the room we got. When we ordered our coffee they were out of milk so had to go to shops and brought our coffee to us just under a hour later. When I wanted to go to the bar to order a drink to take upstairs, they were closed at 1am. I asked reception if I could at least order a coffee but they said no. So much for the advertised 24 hour coffee. Breakfast was 25 RMB per person despite it advertising as included. They did not have a chef...
