"Booked this hotel for 1 night guven the giid reviews however couldnt have been more disappointed. Arrived late and the receptionist did not even greet us. The room was very small, no aircon, no water, no fridge, no kettle yet they charge premium prices. Went to use the shower and the shower head fell off. Also had bugs on bed. The place needs a better upkeep. Breakfast is only serviced between 10am and 12 noon. Went down for a coffee at 9.59 and the boy told me to get out as they were not open....

"Unfortunately the rubbish had not been taken from the room from the previous guests and there were bugs and dirt in the hot tub. Staff didn’t speak any English so I think it is mainly for Russian guests. Otherwise the property is beautiful and has 2 very sweet cats. The manager was very nice lady too"
