For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. "It our second time and probably not the last one.... Super clean, great customer service!!! The apartment fully furniture with all you needs. The pools are very nice and the swings are very enjoyable for the kids. The place is not in the center of sunny beach and we see that as advantage. You can control between quite, calmed or in 5 minutes drive you can be in the center of crowded boardwalk with shops, restaurants and more. We love this place. Very recommend!!!"

Staff offered us discount vouchers to local restaurants, and gave recommendations as to what to do around town. She also taught us some basic Bulgarian, extremely nice. "
