"Like all out stay in this hotel was disappointed. The parking was payd-20lv.per day without free places even if we pay. The room they gave us didn’t corresponded with this I booked. After my complaint the next day they give us the room we wanted. The food was very bad, inside the restaurant without air condition, the swimming pool with dirty water. As all I can say our holiday was destroyed!!! Even when we left the hotel nobody say even one goodbye or Thanks for your visit or welcome, like we...

"Hotel bien situe sur les rives de la mer noire. Tres calme et confortable. Stationnement facile et gratuit pres de l'hotel..excelllent buffet de petit dejeuner ( possibilte de le prendre en terrasse). Propre et bonne literie."

"It our second time and probably not the last one.... Super clean, great customer service!!! The apartment fully furniture with all you needs. The pools are very nice and the swings are very enjoyable for the kids. The place is not in the center of sunny beach and we see that as advantage. You can control between quite, calmed or in 5 minutes drive you can be in the center of crowded boardwalk with shops, restaurants and more. We love this place. Very recommend!!!"

"Otel genel olarak oldukça konforluydu. Odalar temizdi, konumu ise merkezi ve ulaşım açısından avantajlıydı. Ancak kahvaltı beklentimizin biraz altında kaldı; çeşit ve tazelik açısından daha iyi olabilirdi. Yine de genel anlamda keyifli bir konaklama deneyimiydi. 4 yıldızı hak ediyor. "

"Palvelu hidasta ja henkilökunta ei ollut iloisia vaan kyllästyneitä työhönsä.Kylpyhuone homeessa ja voin alalla työskentelevänä sanoa että pitäisi pistää käyttökieltoon,koska haju jo niin voimakas,että jopa itselle tuli siitä pääkipeäksi.Myös parvekkeen lattia homeessa ja lauttojen saumoista nousi vesi ylös kun sinne meni.Huonetta ei käyty siivoamassa kertaakaan ja kun pyysimme siivojan,hän tyhjensi vaan roskikset mutta ei vaihtanut pyyhkeitä eikä petivaatteita.Lakana ei pysynyt nukkuessa...

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we had what we needed in our room. The pool was great and clean, and felt very private which was nice. We can definitely recommend this cozy hotel when going to Nessebar. "
