"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"no pude disfrutar de la estancia ya que intente anularlo por problemas de salud y fue imposible su anulacion desde la pagina de hoteles.com y desde xcover. com el cual solo te marean y no consigues nada.. el hotel no tiene la culpa de nada , pero la pagina de contratacion es pesima, no volvere a reservar mas desde aqui. "Perfect location - right next to the cathedral and 2 minutes from the plaza mayor. No humans, though, no receipt for payment, bit difficult to figure out registration. Wonderful beds and very quiet. Would stay there again. "
