Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. "Barceló team members were outstanding and provided great service. Breakfast and dinner buffets consistently showed a very good quality. Room air conditioner only able to keep the room at about 75 degrees F (24 C) and bathroom/ room ventilation didn’t work very well at all, but balcony was outstanding and was able to sleep cool enough with balcony slider open all night once the sun went down."

"Excellent hotel and facilities.nearly every review i read before booking complained of the night time noise and music coming from the nearby veronicas,but with having our 9 year old son,we planned carefully and paid for an ocean view room right at the back of the hotel and WE DIDNT HEAR A THING!so its worth paying the extra to get a good nights sleep in the comfortable rooms,all the staff were very friendly and having chose the all inclusive option,the food and drink in the restaurant and hotel...

"Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again. "
