The only issue I had was the ice machine was broken and you either had to go a few floors up for a few floors down to find a working machine. "Due to an unexpected layover in Dallas, I selected the Hyatt Regency because it was next to the airport. I checked in around 10:30 pm. When I explained to Priyesh that my stay would only be until 5:30 am. He immediately upgraded my room to an executive suite. The suite was beautiful other than a couple of overhead lights that did not work. I was thrilled to get a good nights sleep."
