"All arrivo non ch'era la camera prenotata, mi hanno assegnato un'altra stanza, giorno dopo mi hanno cambiato dopo mie lamenti, ho dovuto chiamare exipidia perché volevo essere cambiato ad un'altra struttura che poi expidia non a riuscito trovare, la seconda camera ch'era la doccia rotta e la muffa in tutti angoli, un vero schifo per un 4 stelle. "

"booked for our wedding anniversary - paid extra for a private pool which we could not use as it was dirty - asked every day for it to be cleaned this never happened the same dirt and debris was in there all week - the only time it was cleaned was the day we checked out "
