"Room was cold and run down, beds for kids are not great, provided kettle, sugar, milk cups but no tea or coffee to go with it. Biggest issue for us was breakfast, no acknowledgement that we had breakfast included at check in so no idea of timings. Breakfast itself was poor quality, and worse cold, the heat lamps clearly don’t work, tables not cleared the gentleman looking after the dining area had a Bluetooth headset and was clearly on the phone chatting away to someone instead of doing his job. Apparently you don’t provide teaspoons (ridiculous), also paper coffe cups, why not proper glassware. "

"The hotel is very nice the rooms are clean and well kept. The staff are lovely especially Stella on reception she was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for your hospitality we will definitely come again."
