Was disappointed by the very high amour of packaging with their food served in plastic containers if you eat by the pool and for all in room dining meals, which is truly excessive and sad to see. "Checked in and our room was dirty - food left in fridge, melted cheese all over microwave, crumbs on every surface, carpets dirty. Reception did not seem surprised when I told them, and moved us to a new room. Much better but still not as clean as it should be. Parking is a challenge, probably due to multiple conferences at the hotel. Teenage conference attendees hanging out all over the hotel. Had to step over one to get to the elevator. I could go on. Long story short, won't ever stay here again. "
