"The rooms are nice. To get to my room, I first took an elevator downstairs, walked 10 meters, and then had to take another elevator to the second floor (a bit inconvenient, but not too bad). Upon arrival, the only two parking spaces for unloading luggage were occupied. It was awkward and even dangerous to unload the car in the second row. When we left, both spaces were occupied by delivery trucks. We asked if they could request that a space be freed up, and they said no! It was crazy. I stayed...

"Nice hotel in a very good location. The pool area is lovely with a great view.
Rooms are nice but pillows are awful. Took three requests to have them changed. In-room safe did not work and we asked three times for this to be rectified without success. Ironically there is a disclaimer in the room about not leaving valuables in the safe!
Rooms at the front have a view of the bullring but it’s noisy in the morning, even though it’s a limited access road. This would be a problem for many...

"Fantastic hotel. Can treat it like you’re at a self contained spa break. Great breakfast, amazing restaurant. Lovely pool area. Views to die for. Couple of minutes to walk in to Ronda, full of great restaurants and bars. My only regret is we were only there for two nights. Will definitely return. Thank you"

"Chambre propre, hôtesse très accueillante, bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville. Petit bémol pour 1 4 étoiles il manque un mini bar et un coffre. De+ une brosse pour XV serait bienvenue et pour finir le petit dej est cher et vraiment pas terrible ."
