"Working with Frias properties was easy and above expectations. They answer their phones, are quickly responsive to inquiries and requests, and professional and friendly. The property itself is convenient Lee located right at the base of the mountain in the middle of town. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds and sheets were comfortable. The bathrooms were large and well appointed. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need to make a full breakfast lunch or dinner. The fireplace...

"Great location on the main road through Aspen. Most things are walkable. Condo was perfect with all items you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area to relax in with fireplace and humidifiers which are a must when you are skiing. Parked right outside our door for easy access in and out. This is the third time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. "

"I like the condo - exactly as advertised. What I didn’t like was no concierge - e.g. the links that were sent before I arrived (like grocery shopping via city market, which goes directly to Kroger) wasn’t relevant. I also don’t like that I was kicked out at 10 AM sharp on my day of departure after notifying the team that I needed another hour in advance because my flight was later and I couldn’t necessarily sit outside with 10 bags and three kids… I was told the other family requested early...

"Great stay and location! Third floor and had access from the outside and inside. Could park two cars on site which we helped and having three rooms was perfect with the three bathrooms. Great common area and kitchen table for games. "

"Super convenient location to Ajax Gondola and Aspen restaurants & shops. We were in the basement unit and the footsteps above us were pretty loud on the ceiling. It was only a problem while we were sleeping. All beds & even the sofa bed mattress were comfortable. "

"Well Taylor River Lodge is just absolutely amazing. Everything we needed for the perfect active persons getaway: Biking, Hiking, Fly fishing, rafting, bird watching, meals provided, itinerary and activity transportation arranged by staff, fabulous guides and wonderful staff catering to ones every need including provided meals, spa services and a swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, dry sauna and yard games, not to mention the wonderful river side cabins which where delightful to fall asleep in. ...
