We were delighted with firstly the location of the hotel, opposite the most beautiful park & five minutes walk in to Caldas. The breakfast was amazing with lots of hot & cold choices, we looked forward to the lovely coffee too. Our beds were so comfortable, the room plenty Big enough & quiet. The staff were so helpful too could not do enough for us. Don't think twice about booking through Sana, we will be back or sure....

Really friendly and helpful people, both on reception, in the bar/restaurant, and at breakfast. Lovely, clean hotel. The food in the restaurant was excellent too.

On welcome the staff were brilliant, The area was noteworthy, This place is great as the history makes the hotel richer. You will need to carry luggage up a hill.

Clean and beautiful hotel. Excellent area for exploring. Polite and professional staff. Delicious breakfast Unfortunately no wardrobe in the room

Excellent hotel with private parking and the breakfast was superb with lots of fresh local produce, the room was nice and warm when we arrived and the staff were friendly helpful and also spoke English

Clean and modern hotel, very good location if you are visiting the castle. New Pizza restaurant opened on the site which is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was stunning. Plenty of parking and the room was very clean on arrival. We did find one odd feature but managed around it, the toilet door was see through which we've never seen before.

I thought this hotel was very charming. As a biblophile myself I loved the dining room decorated with books from floor to ceiling and also the rooms upstairs. The foyer was even nice, this hotel has real character and my room was great with it's own small suntrap courtyard. I thought the included breakfast was very good with many options and I did have a meal here on one night with live music, which I enjoyed, but I thought the food on the night let the hotel down somewhat I had the mushroom...

We had a perfect stay here. The staff were absolutely charming and so helpful and friendly, anticipating needs and helping with queries/ bookings, even providing some masterful help with a tricky chess move! - we felt totally spoilt. Even the taxi firm they use has great drivers who give excellent tips on where to visit. The hotel itself is newly refurbished with great facilities and decor. You can see how much thought and care went into making it comfortable and stylish. Sao Martinho itself...

Location was excellent within the city walls in an historic building. Right in the heart of the old town. Lovely courtyard to sit in in the evening or have breakfast. It had everything we needed. You have to park outside the city walls and wheel in your luggage but it's an ancient walled town and pedestrian so that's its charm.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a rather good selection. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We had an excellent stay.

מקום מדהים ביופיו, מפנק ונקי. המשפחה נהנו מהמראה של המקום , כמו באגדות

Fantastic place very pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful

Hotel was beautiful, it took a while to check in as there was only 1 person at reception. There was no restaurant service at the higest of the summer. Spa wasn't working properly. The. But staff was friendly and helpfull. Felt sorry for them, as it perhaps needed more people working.

Approx.400 metres from beach, good, secure parking. Plenty of cafe's , bars & shops etc..Good clean new & modern Villa. Comprehensive choice of breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Good location, friendly staff

This is a lovely option if you are looking for somewhere clean, central, friendly and safe. The rooms are bright and clean-and even come with a kettle! Breakfast is well organised, fresh and varied. The owner was very helpful regarding any queries I had.
