"Friendly staff."

"Enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. Staff all really helpful and accommodating. Gym adequate. Not a huge selection for breakfast, but again staff were really accommodating for what you required. Rooms nice and spacious. Pool was out of service during our stay, so we had to use the one next door. Only negative was that there was construction work going on in the room next door and we hadn’t been informed about it, not a huge inconvenience but alas, the communication would have been appreciated."

"We had a lovely stay here and decided to extend our hotel stay. We originally were going to change hotels after one night, but decided to stay here for the rest of our trip. The hotel felt like one in Japan and we particularly liked the extra amenities you could self serve in the lobby. We also paid for the extra Japanese breakfast buffet and it was well worth it! Would definitely stay here again "
