"Nice neighborhood with Sorano close by. No restaurant or bar open. Lack of bedsheets and towels for 3 people. The shower head was too heavy to stay in the shower head holder"

"Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later. Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️"
