"Nice clean room, nice balcony, but not the best view. The pool area was very nice with great views over the promenade and sea. However, the pool area space was quite tight with some days without any spare loungers. Staff were very friendly and courteous."

"Very good property. We didn’t understand how far a steep uphill walk it was from the beach and shops. Without a car. It was a challenge to get to the beach and local amenities and back every day with small children. "

"Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! The evening entertainment was a highlight of our visit. Parking was a bit limited, but it was an easy walk to Puerto de la Cruz, so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend!"
