"Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place."

"Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent"

"Lovely stay at Alexande Gala. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of space at the pool, although sadly some people would claim their spots early and not appear until the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, had an issue with being overcharged on checkout but this was later resolved. Food was OK, a good range but not always to my taste or very warm. "This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street.
The breakfast offering is quite amazing. And the room has modern appointments that were really nice such as motion detected nightlights in the bathroom and l e d's that could be set for different light levels.
