"The hotel was centrally located and had easy walk distance to the nearby castle and marketplace. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast had a wide variety. Several staff members could understand and speak English which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again!"

Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
