"Take your reading glasses. There’s no room key, just a long line of numbers written on a piece of paper for you to type into the keypad on your room door. The room was basic but clean and a decent size, the shower was hot (the shampoo is quite harsh) and breakfast was surprisingly good. Ask the staff if you need gluten free bread."

"Our suite was large and clean, and had we been staying for more than 1 night, the fridge and dining room table & chairs would have been well used and much appreciated.
We arrived when it was dark and, unfortunately, the grounds were poorly lit so it took a while to locate our suite number using our mobile phone torches.
The rooms smelt a bit damp and the bathroom had a slight 'eggy' smell, although everything looked clean and well kept. It was a large suite.
Unfortunately the WiFi did not...

"We stayed for a night and had a really lovely time there. We enjoyed their spa facilities and the delicious breakfast! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our 17 year old boys had tons of fun in their games room playing table tennis, snooker and giant kerplunk and also played tennis outside. We will definitely be back to visit! "

"We stayed for three nights. There was absolutely no service, no cleaning at all, and remnants of the previous guest’s trash were still in the room. My body broke out in severe hives from the very first night, which gradually worsened.
Considering the price we paid, the service was extremely poor."
