"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s super convenient to have all the facilities under the same roof. Ski hire, lockers, swimming pool, restaurant, pool table, bar and even the ski lift is Less than a minute walk away. Indoor and outdoor pool is pretty special, the only thing missing is a jacuzzi. "Overall good, the television was old doesn't work and of small size. The furniture also need to be replaced. "

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"The apartment was not as the pictures described it on the website, very misleading. Kids bedroom with no windows and had black mold on the ceiling There was also no window in the bathroom and extractor fan did not work, so also had black mold Toilet sink had come away from wall, the shelf was propped up with bits of paper The kitchen had kick boards missing, the fridge didn’t work properly and was generally old and tired looking The second night (Sunday) there was a big party in the room...

"Very spacious flat and terrace. The beds were reasonably comfortable. There kitchen area is very basic and there were no soap, washing up liquid, sponges, drying rack/tea towels. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no conditioner. Had to clean the flat in the end with vacuum and cleaning utensils provided by reception, which only works for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. This was checked very quickly and efficiently. "
